Founded by Carlos Eduardo da Silva. Carlos Eduardo da Silva brings more than two decades of investigative experience in specialized organized crime units of the São Paulo Civil Police (DEIC and DENARC), focusing on narcotics trafficking, financial crime investigations, and transnational criminal networks.
